Felicia began working as the Director for the Washington Street UMC Child Development Center in 2005. She graduated from Lander University with a B.S. in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and Psychology. She began her career as a public school teacher where she taught 4th grade, 3rd grade, gifted/talented and kindergarten students. After leaving the teaching profession, she managed Blythewood Child Development Center and YMCA School-Programs, Family Programs and Special Events. Felicia is a child advocate and believes children should spend each day singing, dancing, pretending, building, and creating in a happy, healthy and safe environment. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
